Consultation

We will arrange a discussion once we receive your enquiry, during which we will go over the details of your project, budget and any timescales or deadlines we should be aware of.

 

Draft Designs

Our designers will present you with pencil or watercolour mock-ups of the project, for you to amend and adjust as you see fit. We will only provide a final quotation for the project when you are happy with the final design.

Studio Work

Once you are completely satisfied with our design, we will get to work bringing it to life in our studio.

Finalisation

Our team will carry out the required work. Larger restorations or manufacturing work will be carried out at our Chester-based studio, while smaller repairs, touch-ups and cleaning can be carried out in-frame.
